The Simeon Alumni Village (aka The Village) is home of the executive offices of Project Simeon 2000, an IRS approved non-profit organization. The Village has two structures on its almost block-long parcel of land. The front 6,000 square foot brick structure was formerly a warehouse that has been designed and converted by students of Project Simeon 2000 into an event facility. Simeon alumnus, their friends and family, as well as referrals are the client base for rental of the event facility throughout the year. The space is leased for events such as adult and children birthday parties, retirement parties, repasts, fundraisers, seminars, etc.
The second building, a 2,500 square foot structure, is earmarked for renovation into a day spa. The site offers ample parking and an ambience of intimacy as we are located in a somewhat secluded area.
